Over a 1 year period CDS designed, supplied and installed various bespoke storage units for the archival collection in the recently refurbished Henry Cole wing of the V&A, providing the capacity to safely store their large collection of archived items, to the museums requirements, also making these items easily accessible. Each cabinet was designed in a modular construction of being assembled onsite, as access was very limited, it was designed to provide flexibility for future relocation if required and with a durable powder coated finish.

These units were especially designed to receive a combination of shelf, planchest draw and picture hanging to ensure each unit could have any of these component parts fitted.
